In the print dialog: turn off “Headers and footers” to hide the date and file path, and turn on “Background graphics” to keep the design colors. (Option names as in Chrome — other browsers vary.)
✏️ Click any text to edit it — Subtotal, Discount and Total Due update as you type. Hover a service to remove it.
